Appellate Advocacy Committee

The FJI Appellate Advocacy Subcommittee offers trial and appellate attorneys guidance about what to look for in choosing the best cases to take on appeal, creating an Appellate How-to Guide, and creating talking points for lawyers to use when describing the appellate process to clients. In addition, the Subcommittee will provide an introduction that covers strategies for building an effective appellate practice.
